How Do I get my File?

After your order, you will need to email us with all TEXT and any images that should be replaced in the template (like logos or photographs).

What type of files should I upload.

Your photos should be 300 dpi print resolution. Your logos should be uploaded as .eps or .ai files. Should you not have the latter, make sure the files are 300 dpi, so your printed card will not look blurry or pixelated.

How long until I get my file:

You will receive a proof within 48 hours. If you do not, you can contact us.

What resolution and color mode do the templates come in.

We design print-ready templates that are delivered @ 300 dpi in 4-color CMYK.

Photography-based templates may come in RGB for color correction purposes.

What size are the templates?

We design our templates at industry-standard sizes so that you can upload them to the printer of your choice.

Do you design with bleeds?

Yes.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges.
